Pene takes over the RAR residency on movement radio!

Pene – aka Thanasis Besinis – is keeping himself busy by being 1/3 of the mighty Professional Crap Dancers mobile party crew in Athens, 1/2 of Deaf Ears Disco Cult, 1/2 of production duo Long Distance & running the highly esteemed Reigning Clothing brand. He has been playing music for sweaty basements and sun-drenched rooftops for the last ten years or so, as well as bringing international guests to Athens such as Ray Mang, Soft Rocks, Dicky Trico, Pete Herbert, Haules Baules, Phillip Gorbachev and Bell Towers while also warming up for Moderat and the Chemical Brothers in their gigs in Greece.

The mix on offer here is a typical journey of his “No Wave” sets showcasing his eclectic sound blending cosmic rock, disco dubs, post punk & new wave, forging links and drawing emotion from every single track.
